We welcome you to enjoy our services whether it be with a relaxing session in our salt cave, floating your stresses away in one of our two float tanks or enjoying a tranquil full body massage.

Salt Cave

Williamsburg Salt Spa has imported over 15 tons of therapeutic salt from Poland and the Himalayas in order to create a unique microclimate rich in minerals, such as: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, bromine, and iodine. During your 45-minute therapeutic session, you will improve your health by relaxing in comfortable recliners, listening to the soothing sounds of music, and breathing air that is saturated with these beneficial minerals. The air temperature inside the Salt Cave is 75 F and the humidity is between 40-50%.

Float Tank

Enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience by having you float in tanks of silky, skin temperature water, which have been saturated with the purest quality salt. For maximum comfort, our tanks are located in private rooms with a shower.

Relaxing Massages

We offer Swedish and Deep Tissue with our signature Hot Salt Rock add on which is offered in the length of sixty or ninety minutes. Regardless of the type of massage you choose our therapists will finish your massage with our warm salt pillow making the transition off the bed and back to the real world more challenging than imaginable! We also offer a 45 minute Swedish massage in our beautiful Salt Cave

Infrared Sauna

The Solocarbon 3-in-1 is the only sauna heater on the market that can provide all three infrared wavelengths in one place. The infrared spectrum consists of near (NIR), mid (MIR), and far (FIR) waves, each with distinct characteristics and frequency ranges. "I came here for a 60 minute deep tissue massage in a regular room (i.e. not the salt cave) to address some very tight muscles. My masseuse, Jenny, was fantastic! She was kind, communicative, and very knowledgeable. The massage was therapeutic but also quite relaxing. The room was clean with a comforting ambiance. Loved everything about this place except for its payment policy. They charge you 24 hours before your massage which I feel is a bit unfair. A lot can happen in 24 hours. Illnesses, emergencies. I understand perhaps a fee for canceling right before but I've never been to a place that charges the full value of the massage a whole 24 hours prior. That said, they do tell you this very clearly when you book the appointment so it was not a surprise. Aside from that, this place is a gem and I will definitely be back!"
